Welche Arten von Gin gibt es?
Beim Gin unterscheidet man fünf Grund-Typen.
Dry Gin und London Dry Gin sind sogenannte „trockene“, also Wacholder- und Zitrusbetonte Typen.
Sloe Gin dagegen ist süß-fruchtig. Tatsächlich ist es gar kein Gin, sondern ein Likör.
Der mild-fruchtige New Western Dry Gin ist besonders vielfältig im Geschmacksbild.
Fassgereifte Destillate bezeichnet man als Aged Gin.
